To START to rebate process make sure you have done the following:

1.  Written your agent’s name and MK Luxury Homes & Condos on your apartment application & guest card.
2. Tell your agent where you ended up leasing upon move in.
3. Provide your agent with the following information: Monthly rent, Apartment #, Lease Term, # of bed/baths.
4. And lastly Sign a qualifying lease! Short term leases less than 6 months may not qualify for a rebate

IMPORTANT: Apartments Rebates will mailed 30 days after move-in, or later depending upon when our agents receive compensation from the apartments.
